Clicks staff gets no recognition for their work. We don't receive a bonus or a proper year end party. The 13 cheque is your own money which is saved by the company and taxed at the end of the year then paid to you which is pointless. The RSI targets are always high so it's impossible to recieve.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat all staff alike. Some managers are rude to the staff but however gets away with everything as they are "Managers"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Set proper company policy's in place and what is good for one is good for the next. All stores should work on the same page.
