The most positive thing is that the company cares about the people. They take really good care of us.

The people I work with have become some of my closest friends and we work hard but have fun together also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone really cares and works really hard to take care of the customers and each other. It is like a family here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that they are all from the industry and they understand what everyone in the company does. The owner is a real down to earth guy who really seems to care about the people here.
