Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Accommodating cost of living increase in the DMV along with performance-based compensation increase. Instead of handing out bonuses (which are highly taxed), incorporate the bonus into the annual compensation.

Job title and level changed during the hiring process, comp was slightly below my minimum ask. No clear path for advancement for my position. A clear, personalized, timeline on promotions and pay increases would go a long way. Benefits are good, but I see better packages frequently.

I do similar work and train managers that work over me. Recognition and compensation accordingly would make me feel better.

Transparency about what the market is paying versus what my current compensation is. Sometimes it feels like I'm in the dark about compensation, and peers who are in similar roles and sized companies often have better compensation than me.

My base salary is good, but after evaluating other companies compensation packages/bonuses, it's entirely possible to be making more at similar companies.

The amount of work and energy required to be successful is hard to justify given the benefits and salary. The infinite growth and hustle culture is unhealthy, unsustainable and unrealistic.
