Mr. Yong Li has been Vice President of Sinopec Group at China Petrochemical Corporation since March 2017. Mr. Li served as an Assistant President of China National Offshore Oil Corporation since August 1, 2016 until April 18, 2017. In June 2016, Mr. Li was appointed Executive Vice President of CNOOC Limited, Director and Party Secretary of CNOOC Bohai Petroleum Administration Bureau, General Manager and Party Secretary of Tianjin Branch of CNOOC (China) Limited. Mr. Li served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Party Secretary of COSL from July 2012 to June 2016. He served as the President of China Oilfield Services Limited from April 2009 to June 15, 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from August 27, 2010 to June 15, 2016. Mr. Li served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of China Oilfield Services Limited from October 2005 to April 2009. He joined China National Offshore Oil Corp. in 1984. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Li served as the Deputy General Manager of CNOOC (China) Ltd. Tianjin. He served as Director of Drilling and Completion Well of CNOOC Ltd from 1999 to 2003. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Li served as the Head of Comprehensive Technology Division and Head of Well Testing Division of Exploration Department of CNOOC. Mr. Li joined CNOOC in 1984 and served in various positions, including Assistant Engineer and Engineer at China Offshore Oil Development & Designing Company and in its Operational Department. Mr. Li served as an Executive Director of China Oilfield Services Limited since May 26, 2006 until July 22, 2016. Mr. Li has over 24 years experience in the oil & gas industry. He serves as a Director of Premium Drilling, Inc. Mr. Li graduated in 1984 from the Southwest Petroleum University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Drilling Engineering. Mr. Li Yong is a Senior Engineer. In 1989, Mr. Li obtained a Master's degree in Oil Economics from the Scuola E. Mattei in Italy and an MBA from Peking University in 2001.
