Steven J. Bilodeau — Independent Director at Cohu

Mr. Steven J. Bilodeau, also known as Steve, served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corp., from March 1999 to October 2008 and as its acting Chief Financial Officer from April 30, 2008 to January 2009. Prior to joining Standard Microsystems Corporation in 1999, Mr. Bilodeau held various senior management positions during his 13 years of service with Robotic Vision Systems Inc. (RVSI), including President of Semiconductor Equipment Group from 1996 to 1998. He has more than thirty years of general management and operations experience, as well as extensive experience. He has been the Chairman of Maxwell Technologies, Inc. since July 13, 2017. He serves as Chairman of SMSC Storage, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Standard Microsystems Corp. since February 2000 until August 2, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Cohu, Inc.(alternate name Semiconductor Equipment Group) since November 30, 2009. Mr. Bilodeau has been a Director of Gennum Corporation since March 27, 2008. He has been an Independent Director of Maxwell Technologies, Inc. since May 2016. He served as Director of Nu Horizons Electronics Corp., since June 2009.
