Mr. Thomas D. Kampfer, also known as Tom, has been Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary at Cohu, Inc. since May 30, 2017. Mr. Kampfer served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. since June 15, 2015 until May 2017. Prior to Proxima, Mr. Kampfer was with International Business Machines Corporation from 1985 to 1995, where he held a variety of positions in engineering, contracting and IBM's legal department as Counsel. Mr. Kampfer has over 30 years of financial, compliance, corporate governance, merger and acquisition, IP portfolio management and licensing and operational technology industry experience. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of H2O Audio, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Kampfer also held numerous executive roles at Iomega Corporation from 2001 to 2009, including serving as its President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial Engineering from Purdue University and Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University.
