What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is a great mix of leaders from from tech, health insurance, and medicine/ healthcare. Leadership team has proven prior experience building and running successful businesses, which can be a refreshing change in tech.
The leadership team all have great and diverse backgrounds and they are all super supportive of the company vision.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, inclusive and genuinely nice people. It's a very mission-driven company, where people are genuinely passionate about fixing healthcare. You have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of backgrounds—social workers, pre-med students, techies, vets ...

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very focused on diversity and gender equality. Also, an amazing office and, of course, the dogs.
I have never met a more thoughtful and supportive group of people.

The people and being able to be an early part of building something game changing.
