What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401K matching is well done and the vesting timeline is reasonable.

401K that they match every pay day

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Current benefits are being cut due to the take over by Thoma Bravo. 401k match is being reduced and H.S.A employer contribution will stop on 1/1/2021.
