What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are insane, i cant complain sbout anything to do with the way im compensated other than id like more oppurtunites for overtime

I have been operating for over barely trained had to figure it out on my own. Still making the money I could make at McDonald's. I will probably get fired for saying this, but there needs to be a change. I hope my name doesn't get out there. But times have changed this is a corporation

Pay raises are based on who management likes. (YES MEN) and not on performance. 2nd ?. Be treated fairly.
Management only take care of Those employees that kiss up to them If I was a running back in I ran a 100 yd everyday they would still not appreciate me I always put 110 when I go to work it is sad that they do not see that I go to work not to go kiss my bosses rear !
