My manager specifically needs to get better at treating people like humans instead lf expecting people to be perefect robots
Better communication with team members
Listen to the little guy. They have been together since roane metals group and someone new is screwed unless they play by the old rules. They protect each other because they know things about each other. So there are secrets.
Honest, they are not n not consistent

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are insane, i cant complain sbout anything to do with the way im compensated other than id like more oppurtunites for overtime
Yearly Bonus is the best part.
Great bonus and great benefits.
It is enough to pay for my bills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been operating for over barely trained had to figure it out on my own. Still making the money I could make at McDonald's. I will probably get fired for saying this, but there needs to be a change. I hope my name doesn't get out there. But times have changed this is a corporation
I operate a crane for the same amount for washing dishes
Pay raises are based on who management likes. (YES MEN) and not on performance. 2nd ?. Be treated fairly.
Management only take care of Those employees that kiss up to them If I was a running back in I ran a 100 yd everyday they would still not appreciate me I always put 110 when I go to work it is sad that they do not see that I go to work not to go kiss my bosses rear !

The people themseleves are great people to talk to and hang out with even outside of work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upper management tries to keep everyone positive, whether it works or not idk.
We all collaborate with eachother very well.
The men on the floor are the reason to keep going and not the management

Little less hours per day
1st of all they need to let coworkers Grade their management when it comes to a valuation time If I was a manager I would live By this don't ask You're Employs to do something if you're not willing to do-it-yourself
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, i had two interviews a drug test and a background check. I wish it didnt take so long but i cant help the backgorund check took forever.
Very comfortable and laid back experience.
You wanted to know about what is going on in the shop not the office.
Interviewer is positive and gives me feedback.
I feel like the interview process is fair, and personalized. They are not just looking for warm bodies

Was interview at rmg one week before CMC bought company was promised 2 dollars on hour but have to wait till November
Have them be more upfront of expenses and travel
What makes you most happy at work?
When im working night shift or weekend and k can do my job at my own pace instead of being micromanaged
My coworkers and I interacted very well
The environment is somthing ypu can't get anywhere else.

Being able to help my coworkers accomplish their jobs or solving a problem for the company. I get to work and interact with people across the US and in Poland.
