The culture is friendly and easy going.

My team works collaboratively together, and doesn't try to advance themselves at the detriment of someone else. We're all in it together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive team is approachable and down to earth. They visit sites often and really try to connect with all the workers, not just lead from the top.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my coworkers accomplish their jobs or solving a problem for the company. I get to work and interact with people across the US and in Poland.
