Executive Bio
Eric joined ComplySci as General Counsel in 2018. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s global legal and compliance activities and policies, and for identifying and mitigating risks as the company expands into new markets.
Prior to joining ComplySci, Eric served 6 years as Secretary and General Counsel to the North American businesses of Atos (Euronext: ATO), a global IT outsourcing provider, where he oversaw and coordinated the legal strategy and affairs of its regional businesses and led the team responsible for all legal matters including global outsourcing transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and procurement.
Eric has significant experience in technology, having spent 20 years in-house advising clients including Hyperion Solutions, HSS, Westcon Group, and Siemens on myriad matters related to their contracting, compliance, operations, product development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Eric holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York.
