Ms. Lynne Houserman has been the President of Safety and Security Technologies of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since February 2016. Ms. Houserman provides leadership and guidance for TeleCommunication Systems' (TCS') Public Safety solutions, including Next-Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1), Wireless 9-1-1, VoIP 9-1-1, Emergency Services IP network (ESInet), 9-1-1 Call Handling, Indoor Location Accuracy and Voice over LTE 9-1-1, among others. She served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Safety & Security Group at TeleCommunication Systems Inc. since September 2014. For more than 11 years, Ms. Houserman has worked at TCS, as the Vice President of Location Products Marketing where she was responsible for P&L of the company's wireless infrastructure and applications portfolio, including branded and white-label applications, infrastructure, mapping and mobile device content. She led the product development and long-term financial, marketing and sales strategies for competitive and differentiating location-based services platforms across 2G, 3G and LTE networks. Specifically, her focus as product and marketing Vice President broadened business development, increased revenue growth and optimized functionality for mobile and telecommunications technologies. Prior to her location products marketing responsibilities, Ms. Houserman held various roles within TCS' public safety business areas, including product management, project management and customer support. A 17-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Ms. Houserman worked at several industry-leading companies prior to joining TCS. During her employment at Vonage, AT&T Wireless and Metrocall, she provided critical leadership and support for product development, network operations, network and system engineering and project/program management. She also developed and integrated teams for time-sensitive public safety services, including E9-1-1, while ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance across corporate products and services. Ms. Houserman graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
