Gayle L. Burleson — Senior Vice President of Business Development at Concho Resources

Ms. Gayle L. Burleson has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at Concho Resources Inc. since May 18, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Business Development from November 10, 2015 to May 18, 2017. Ms. Burleson served as Vice President of Engineering of Concho Resources, Inc. from October 2010 to November 10, 2015. She served as a Manager of Corporate Engineering of Concho Resources, Inc. from July 2008 to October 2010. Ms. Burleson served as the Senior Reservoir Engineer of Concho Resources, Inc. from January 2006 to July 2008. From 1999 to 2006, Ms. Burleson was employed by BTA Oil Producers as a Senior Engineer responsible for Reservoir and Operations engineering duties in the Permian Basin, Oklahoma and North Dakota. From 1998 to 1999, Ms. Burleson was employed as a Staff Reservoir Engineer for Mobil Oil Corporation responsible for tertiary floods in Utah. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Burleson was employed as a Senior Reservoir Engineer for Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company where she oversaw development in the Permian Basin and began her career in 1988 until 1996 with Exxon Corporation in various reservoir engineering capacities responsible for primary oil and natural gas fields, waterfloods and tertiary recovery floods in the Permian Basin and North Dakota. Ms. Burleson is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
