Prior to Concho, he served in various managerial roles with increasing responsibilities for LyondellBasell. Prior to LyondellBasell, he was with Deloitte Consulting where his clients included large oil and gas exploration and production companies and integrated oil companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
