Mr. Timothy A. Leach, also known as Tim, has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Concho Resources Inc. since February 2006 and served as its President from July 1, 2009 to May 18, 2017. Mr. Leach serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of COG Operating LLC. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Concho Equity Holdings Corp. since April 2004. Mr. Leach has been a Director of Concho Resources Inc. since February 2006. He has been a Board Member of Texas A&M University System Board of Regents since February 1, 2017. He served as Director of Concho Equity Holdings Corp. since April 2004. He is a member of the Texas A&M University Dwight Look College of Engineering Advisory Council and serves on the board of governors for Midland Memorial Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors of the Midland College Foundation, the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University and the Scharbauer Foundation. Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
