What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is competitive. 18 days of PTO + 2 floating holidays. Wish we had more PTO to make up for potential sick days (since we don't have sick days and have to use PTO).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Love my team--everyone is so welcoming and it's easy for everyone's personalities to shine through and be supportive.
