Trained in Human Resources, Chad is a strategic and innovative HR Business Partner focused on driving performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. As Director of People Operations, Chad is a hands-on team player who thrives on tough challenges and turns visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals which he then systemizes and governs to drive excellence. This approach has freed Chad up to invest time and energy on Cook Systems' most important asset – our people. Chad is a dedicated, performance leader who takes the time to listen and connect others. His approach and tenacity has largely contributed to Cook Systems' recognition as a top workplace. Chad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University.
