Mr. Randal L. Golden, also known as Randy, Esq. has been Vice President and General Counsel at CooperVision, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Golden has been General Counsel of The Cooper Companies Inc. since February 1, 2014 and has been its Vice President since November 2014. Previously, he served as an Assistant General Counsel of The Cooper Companies Inc. from May 2013 to February 2014. Mr. Golden joined CooperVision as Assistant General Counsel in March 2010. Prior to Cooper, he has over 26 years of legal experience including corporate legal positions at Align Technology, Inc., Nokia, Inc. and Verizon Wireless. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Golden holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
