Jeff Schumaker — Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company

Mr. Jeff Schumaker serves as Managing Director and Vice President of European Operations of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Europe Limited. Mr. Schumaker has been Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. since October 1, 2016. Mr. Schumaker served as Managing Director of Cooper Tire Europe at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. until September 30, 2016. He served as Managing Director of Europe Operations of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. from January 2013 to September 30, 2016. Mr. Schumaker oversaw the tire manufacturing facilities in the U.K. and Serbia, as well as sales and marketing, technical, and distribution operations throughout Europe. Mr. Schumaker served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Cooper Tire Europe since August 2012. He was General Manager for Cooper Tire's manufacturing joint venture in Mexico, Corporaci??n de Occidente, and its wholly owned Cooper Tire de Mexico sales and marketing organization for three years. Before serving in Mexico, he was Director'Quality for Cooper Tire at its Findlay, Ohio, headquarters, and served in an earlier capacity at Cooper Tire Europe as Technical Liaison Manager in Melksham. His early management positions with Cooper included Tire Testing Manager and Manager of SUV and light truck tire development. He first began work with Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. in 1988 as a co-op student. Mr. Schumaker earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Operations Management and Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) in Flint, Mich.
