Tracey Joubert — Global Chief Financial Officer at Coors Brewing Company

Ms. Tracey I. Joubert has been the Global Chief Financial Officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company since November 17, 2016. Ms. Joubert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MillerCoors LLC since 2012. Ms. Joubert was responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for MillerCoors and reporting financial performance to its two shareholders. She is leading global brewer with iconic global and national brands such as Coors Light, Miller Lite, Carling and Staropramen as well as leading craft beers including Sharp's Doom Bar, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy and Blue Moon. She was named Chief Financial Officer of Molson Coors in 2016 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MillerCoors since 2012. She served in a variety of increasingly responsible finance leadership roles for MillerCoors since 2003. She served as Vice President of Finance, Planning & Analysis and Controller since 2008. She served as Director of Finance and Group Services at Miller Brewing Company. She began her career in beer with SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she served as Financial Manager of technical accounting and Financial Manager of finance services. Prior to joining SAB Limited, she was Financial Manager at Barloworld, Ltd and articled at KPMG South Africa. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Terrapin Beer Company and Coors Distributing Company. She has been a Director of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company since November 16, 2017. She holds bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
