Ms. Vicky Cookson has been Chief People Officer for Molson Coors Europe at Molson Coors Brewing Company since September 1, 2013. Ms. Cookson joined the European leadership team. She has a rich human resources background and years of international and cross cultural experience. She also has specialist experience in talent management, leadership development and change management. She spent the last 13 years of her career at Vodafone, as the Human Resources Director for its Romanian business, where she led a team of 70 human resources and property professionals in the development and implementation of the people strategy across almost 4,000 employees. Prior to this, she was the Interim Human Resources director for Vodafone Hungary. She also led learning and development programs across the Vodafone Group and the UK, as well as leading internal communications for the UK business. Prior to joining Vodafone, Ms. Cookson worked in a variety of different human resources roles at companies including Camelot, Fujitsu, TXU Energy and Ionica PLC.
