They need complete different leadership, owner needs to retire.
Having integrity, character and treating employees like they matter.

The owner does not value anyone, everything is transactional and its bottom of barrel wages, whatever they can legally get away with

Everyone needs a raise, better benefits. This would bring better employees that are not constantly quitting. Safety does not matter at all. Go look at their record
Everyone only looks out for themselves
Needs to improve on everything no team skills
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company environment is Hostile and toxic
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hiring practices are laughable, please do not leave your job for this place, they usually will not hire people unless they are out of work as most people will quit and it used to be they didn't want people to quit their present job to come there as odds are they would leave within weeks
Again, the whole company needs to be shaken up
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, owner needs to retire, all beware Executives are needed. This place is horrible
They do not care about employees, it's a revolving door
Everything is going wrong nothing can be improved they just need to close their doors
