Diversity and Belonging

At CSC Corptax, we realize that the full value of our diversity comes through belonging—promoting an environment where people can be their best, full, and most authentic selves in the workplace. Knowing that diversity is essential in all that we do, we believe that belonging changes the game.

We heard from our employees, and recognize where in the diversity sector we are flourishing, and where improvements are needed. We have a Diversity and Belonging program leader, and a Diversity and Belonging email box where employees can provide ideas and offer their assistance, including requesting opportunities from mentorship programs and employee resource groups, lunch and learns, and building on our diverse community engagement.

As a global company, we recognize the need to classify diversity matters by specific country, and identify action plans based on region and need.

We’re working to expand and create our relationships with historically black colleges and universities, and exploring Hispanic Serving Institutions, veterans, and organizations serving people with disabilities.

Our Global Employee Teams (GET) provide a social outlet for like-minded enthusiasts. We have groups ranging from Food Network aficionados to outdoor adventure lovers. The Strategic Equality Alliance (SEA) is an all-inclusive allyship space for cultural networking, learning, and support, while the Black Employee Network (BEN) aims to improve the company’s marketing, recruitment, and retention efforts of Black professionals.
