Gregg D. Adzema — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Cousins Properties

Mr. Gregg D. Adzema has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Cousins Properties Incorporated since November 30, 2010. Mr. Adzema also served as an Executive Vice President of Investments of Grubb Properties. He had been the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Summit Properties Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing Summit Properties Inc.'s capital markets, finance, accounting, benefits, investor relations, public relations and market research activities. Mr. Adzema led the strategic and financial analysis involving all current and new investments as well as the sourcing of debt and equity capital Grubb Properties. Prior to joining Summit Properties Inc. in September 1996, Mr. Adzema was employed by Arthur Andersen Real Estate Advisory Services in Washington, D.C. He serves as Trustee of Atlanta Ballet, Inc. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and received his MBA from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAREIT.
