John D. Harris Jr. — Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary at Cousins Properties

Mr. John D. Harris, also known as Jay, Jr. CPA has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Cousins Properties Inc. since February 2005, February 2005 and May 2005 respectively. Mr. Harris has been Treasurer of Cousins Properties Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Harris joined Cousins Properties Inc. from Wells Real Estate Funds Inc., where he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to Wells, Mr. Harris served JDN Realty Corp. as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer since August 2000. Mr. Harris served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of JDN Realty Corp. from April 2000 to July 2000. Mr. Harris served as Vice President and Controller of JDN Realty Corp. from May 1998 to April 2000. From July 1994 to May 1998, Mr. Harris served as Controller of JDN Realty Corp. His earlier experience includes 10 years with Ernst & Young in Atlanta. Mr. Harris is a Certified Public Accountant.
