Mark Holoman — Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Charlotte at Cousins Properties

Mr. Mark Holoman has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Charlotte at Cousins Properties Incorporated since October 11, 2016. Mr. Holoman has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Cousins in 2016, he served as a Managing Director and Principal of Foundry Commercial in Charlotte, NC, where he ran the office agency-leasing team, with total assignments over 6 million square feet. He was a Platinum Producer with the Commercial Board of Realtors in every year of his membership and was ranked #1 in the office category in 2014. He led the agency leasing practice for Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer in the Charlotte market and prior to that, served as a Transaction Director for Bank of America. During his 8 years with Bank of America, he managed real estate transaction activity across a 20 million SF portfolio of properties in the Southeastern US and closed more than 400 transactions impacting 3.6 million square feet, with a total enterprise value in excess of $2.2 billion. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He holds B.S., from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A., Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business Memberships and Civic Involvement.
