Shipley Hall — Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Orlando at Cousins Properties

Mr. Shipley Hall has been a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Orlando at Cousins Properties Incorporated since October 11, 2016. Mr. Hall joined Cousins in 2016 and is responsible for its Orlando office portfolio. His responsibilities include the oversight of all day-to-day operations of the region including asset management, leasing, investments and business development. He served as a Vice President and Managing Director at Parkway and was responsible for leading the Orlando and Miami regional teams. He served as the Senior Director of Leasing at Flagler and was responsible for the leasing and marketing of 2 million square feet in the Central Florida area. During his time at Flagler, he was continually recognized as one of the top producers in the area by NAIOP and as a Broker of the Year's finalist. He is a Board Member of NAIOP, University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and Make-A-Wish Foundation and a CCIM designee. He holds a BS from the University of Florida.
