Mr. Lichtman began his career at Litton Industries, a Delaware company, in January 1973 and served in various positions since May 1984. He served as a Director of Notify Technology Corp. from October 5, 2006 to October 3, 2007. He served as a Director of Comdial Corp. and Claricom Holdings.
