Lack of clear career growth with projected corresponding compensation bumps

I believe I need to be level-ed up in my position (given my experience and performance.) I didn't negotiate well coming in and I wish I had. Also, I would love for Cribl leadership to consider increasing our vacation days. I want more flexibility in taking time off than I have now.

I feel I am compensated in general fairly but there was a 9 months period where the workload was extremely high and just feel the pay raise + bonuses did not reflect that workload.

I don't feel undervalued. I would like 401k matching ands a week off in July.

Leading question. ;) I wouldn't say I feel undervalued, but I can't confirm or deny that I am. More visibility into demographic data around salaries would make me feel better about my compensation and give confirmation that I'm being paid fairly.
