Good pay, but you get worked to death with no work life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
learn how to be human and empower your people, not manage them to death.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people trying to make a difference, but also, stuck in the trenches with you getting pummeled by management. Misery makes great company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there are constant lay offs, then they offer people contractor jobs after they've been severed. Once the pay to perform culture hit, the lack of empathy and compassion left.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
customers pay CCI a TON of money for rent and services, with mediocre execution. CCI takes customers hostage and forces their services on customers. Landlords aren't getting their contractual maintenance, just a rent check.
