there are constant lay offs, then they offer people contractor jobs after they've been severed. Once the pay to perform culture hit, the lack of empathy and compassion left.
Management needs to be improved, there is also zero training

customers pay CCI a TON of money for rent and services, with mediocre execution. CCI takes customers hostage and forces their services on customers. Landlords aren't getting their contractual maintenance, just a rent check.
Upper management does not care about fiber customer retention and satisfaction
