Francis Wiercinski — Senior VP & MD of Asia-Pacific Region for Cubic Global Defense at Cubic Corporation

Mr. Francis Wiercinski, also known as Frank, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wiercinski and Associates, LLC. Mr. Wiercinski has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Asia-Pacific Region for Cubic Global Defense, Inc. at Cubic Corporation since March 10, 2016. Prior to joining Cubic, Mr. Wiercinski served as the Vice President for Army Systems and Special Operations Forces programs at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Wiercinski was commissioned in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer, commanding at every level through Theater Army Command. He conducted operations in three combat theaters including Panama, Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Wiercinski served on the Joint Staff as the Chief of Regional Special Operations (J3); and was the Principle Director for Near East and South Asia Affairs Policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy. Furthermore, Mr. Wiercinski spent the last nine years of military service focused in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region, with duty as both the Commanding General of U.S. Army-Japan and culminated his military career as the Commanding General, U.S. Army, Pacific. In 2013, Mr. Wiercinski retired from the U.S. Army after 34 years of service at the rank of Lieutenant General. He served as a Senior Advisor to Dawson Technical Corporation. He is a member of the Chaminade University Board of Governors and the Military Affairs Committee of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wiercinski has received numerous U.S. military awards and decorations, as well as decorations from Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Wiercinski is a 1979 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
