Mr. Mark A. Harrison, CPA has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Cubic Corporation since June 2012 and since October 19, 2004 respectively. Mr. Harrison served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Cubic Corporation. Mr. Harrison served as Cubic's Vice President of Financial Planning and Accounting from 2000 to 2004. He held other financial management positions within Cubic Corp., since 1983. From 1991 to 2000, he served as an Assistant Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning of Cubic Corp., and served as its Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting and Senior Internal Auditor. He served as Controller of Cubic Defense Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cubic. He began his career in 1980 with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young formerly Ernst & Whinney in their Orange County, California, office. From 1980 to 1983, he was a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young. He served as Director of Cubic Holdings Limited. until March 23, 2015. In 1981 he transferred to the San Diego office. Mr. Harrison is a member of Financial Executives International, the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Biola University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
