Curative has prioritized diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as we experienced exponential growth from 2020-2021. We believe that our employees are our most valuable resource, and we’ve invested in hiring from diverse and under-represented populations. Since Curative’s inception, we’ve onboarded thousands of employees across the nation. This includes both remote and in-person employees, focusing on hiring locally for testing and vaccination sites so we can accurately represent the communities we serve.
