Ms. Susan M. Ball has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2016. Ms. Ball serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coffeyville Resources Terminal, LLC. She serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coffeyville Resources Pipeline, LLC. She has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CVR Refining GP, LLC, General Partner of CVR Refining, LP since September 2012. Ms. Ball has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CVR GP LLC, a General Partner of CVR Partners, LP and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since October 2007. She has been a Director of Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Ball has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State College.
