Ms. Susan M. Ball has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2016. Ms. Ball serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coffeyville Resources Terminal, LLC. She serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coffeyville Resources Pipeline, LLC. She has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CVR Refining GP, LLC, General Partner of CVR Refining, LP since September 2012. Ms. Ball has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CVR GP LLC, a General Partner of CVR Partners, LP and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since October 2007. She has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at CVR Energy, Inc. since August 7, 2012 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since August 7, 2012. She has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, with more than 12 years serving clients in the public accounting industry. She served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Coffeyville Resources, LLC (now a subsidiary of CVR Energy) since May 2006, where she was responsible for public and financial reporting, accounting, tax and related departments. Since October 2007, in connection with CVR Energy's initial public offering, Ms. Ball has served as a Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for CVR Energy and its subsidiaries, including CVR GP. She served as a Tax Managing Director with KPMG LLP, where she was responsible for all aspects of federal and state income tax compliance and tax consulting, which included a significant amount of mergers and acquisition work on behalf of her clients. She has been a Director of Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Ball has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State College.
