What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to learn how to run IT thing. Majority are not aware of market. They aren't responsible for anything, just like consultants.

The company simply doesn't do any market research salary trends. Age old year on year theoram is applied.

Everybody works with personal ego here. There's nothing like company feeling. People needs to learn working in a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company believes blindly in old leadership(OL). OL really doesn't know how to serve a simple client. CEO's faith in OL is like uncalled for.
