With the experience an employee comes in he is provided a competitive package along with monthly performance bonus and incentives which helps us being motivated at work.

I feel there shouldn't be a salary band, the one who shines irrespective of their experience level will get paid accordingly, I definitely deserve more but its upto the management to decide whether I am justifying my current salary or not.
