They have a lot of patience as long as they see the efforts which we seldom see these days with companies going the result-oriented way and not looking at the struggle and challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there shouldn't be a salary band, the one who shines irrespective of their experience level will get paid accordingly, I definitely deserve more but its upto the management to decide whether I am justifying my current salary or not.
