Ms. Kellie Teal-Guess has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at CyrusOne Inc. since March 21, 2016. Ms. Teal-Guess has CyrusOne over 30 years' industry experience working in high tech fast growing companies and has a strong background in HR, M&A Integration and automation. Ms. Teal-Guess oversees all areas of Human Resources and is responsible for managing the company's most critical resources. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources of ProQuest Information & Learning Limited and ProQuest LLC since 2012. As the HR Leader, Ms. Teal-Guess was responsible for the overall human resources (HR) strategy and functional HR leadership in support of ProQuest's business initiatives and team. She was also responsible for developing and driving the people strategy and fostering an environment where the global ProQuest team is engaged, valued and successful. Prior to ProQuest, Ms. Teal-Guess was with Dell Corporation in Austin (TX), where she served as an Executive Director of Human Resources, supporting more than 18,000 employees in its global Services Delivery group. Over an eight-year span at Dell, Ms. Teal-Guess worked in successively more strategic and advanced roles, overseeing all core human resource operations as well as key initiatives ' including organizational effectiveness, acquisition integration and talent development. Prior to Dell, she held positions in human resource management at Foodmaker, Inc., and Six Flags Theme Parks. Ms. Teal-Guess holds MBA, MPA and BA degrees from the University of Texas System.
