Hatlen has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Data I/O Corporation since January 1998 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2017. Mr. Hatlen joined Data I/O Corporation in September 1991 as a Senior Tax Accountant and became Tax Manager in December 1992. He served as Corporate Controller of Data I/O Corporation since December 1993 until December 1997. From September 1981 until joining Data I/O, Mr. Hatlen was employed by Ernst & Young LLP, where his most recent position was Senior Manager. He holds a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University.
