Ability to choose from different options
We teach leaders how to lead. We teach people how to collaborate, respect each other, and communicate. We teach classes in leading meeting, resolving conflict, engaging employees, etc. So all that we teach...we DO!
People have a can-do attitude. And people care and help each other to succeed. I know that sounds too good to be true. But it isn't. I've worked 7 other places as a professional, and this one is the gold standard for culture.
The people are great to work with
It was thorough. And it's based on science. Those of us who get hired, know we were thoroughly vetted. This means when we work with each other, we know that we were all hired on our abilities and drive.
