Mr. Aaron M. Kitlowski, J.D has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of DDR Corp. since November 2017. Prior to joining DDR, Mr. Kitlowski served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Equity One, Inc. since February 20, 2012 and served as its Vice President since March 2011. He served as an Assistant Secretary and Deputy General Counsel at Equity One, Inc. from March 2011 to February 20, 2012. He joined Equity One Inc. in March 2011. Prior to joining Equity One, he served as Chief Counsel of CIT Group Inc. from September 2005 to March 2011. From 1997 to 2000 and again from 2001 to 2005, he was an Associate with the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, New York. From 2000 to 2001, he served as an Assistant General Counsel for Sphera Optical Networks. Mr. Kitlowski received a B.A. from Duke University and a Juries Doctorate from Duke University School of Law.
