Mr. Conor Fennerty has been Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at DDR Corp. since April 3, 2 017. Mr. Fennerty is responsible for capital raising activities and management of the Company's planning and analysis functions. Prior to joining DDR, he served as Vice President and Senior Analyst at BlackRock, Inc., a global funds manager. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Fennerty served as an analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, an investment manager specializing in real assets. He has also held analyst and associate roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co and Deutsche Bank. He served as Research Associate at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Research Division. He was previously employed at Deutsche Bank AG, Research Division. He is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NARIET) and The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Additionally, he is an advisor to the Georgetown University student real estate investment fund. Mr. Fennerty is a graduate of Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business with a major in Finance.
