Mr. Craig A. Schultz has been the Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance & Tax at DDR Corp. since July 2009. Mr. Schultz served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance & Tax at Developers Diversified Realty Corp. since July 2009. Mr. Schultz served as Senior Vice President of Tax at Developers Diversified Realty Corp. since March 2009 after previously serving as a Vice President of Tax since March 2005 and Director of Tax since November 2002. In his role, Mr. Schultz has overall management responsibility for all areas of tax including strategic structural tax planning, implementing business initiatives, tax accounting and reporting and tax compliance. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Schultz worked for 10 years at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Tax Manager, specializing in partnership taxation with an emphasis on real estate tax matters. Mr. Schultz holds a master's degree in Taxation from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Trusts (NAREIT), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA).
