Mr. Eric C. Cotton has been Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer at March 2016. Mr. Cotton has been a member of the DDR Corp. executive committee since 2002. Prior to joining DDR, he served as General Counsel for Equivest Finance, Inc., a publicly traded real estate development and finance business based in Syracuse, New York. He has also held positions in the legal departments of the Pyramid Companies and the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation. Mr. Cotton earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and holds a bachelor of arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
