Mr. James Bold has been Senior Vice President of Leasing - Southern Region at DDR Corp. since April 29, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Leasing since April 2017 until April 29, 2017. Mr. Bold is responsible for overseeing leasing efforts for seven of the portfolios southern states; which includes 146 properties totaling 30 million square feet. Since joining DDR in 2004, he has served as Vice President of Leasing, Assistant Vice President of Leasing and Leasing Director. He was with Regency Centers for eight years in leasing and property management. His real estate career began as a Leasing Agent and Mall Manager for Goodale & Barbieri Companies in Spokane, WA. He has more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Bold is a graduate of Washington State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and an Active Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
