Ms. Kathleen N. Massey is a Managing Partner at Dechert LLP since July 1, 2015. Ms. Massey was previously a Partner with Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard. She works in Dechert's litigation department, resident in the New York office. Ms. Massey has worked on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities matters and matters involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, tortious interference, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets and employment discrimination. She has handled matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and in international and domestic arbitration proceedings. She has also assisted clients in connection with numerous government and internal investigations. Ms. Massey received her B.A. from Colby College (with honors) in 1982 and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (with honors) in 1988.
