Thank you for your feedback! In mid-February, we provided salary adjustments, retroactive to 1 February 2021, to bring employees to market rate. We also introduced our Company Bonus Plan for all employees.

Compensation plan should be based on Current market which is evaluated with skill sets and not on number of Years of experience or seniority levels, Even a 10 year experienced lacking skill sets which a 2 year old can do it without any hassle that would be were the package should be fixed
