Mr. Mark C. Allen has been Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of Denbury Resources, Inc. (???Denbury???) since June 2009 and its Executive Vice President since December 2017. Mr. Allen serves as Treasurer of Denbury Resources, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Denbury Resources, Inc. from June 2009 to December 2017. He served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Denbury until June 30, 2009. He joined Denbury in April 1999 as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Denbury, he was Manager of Financial Reporting for ENSCO International Incorporated from November 1996 to April 1999. He had served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of Encore Energy Partners LP's General Partner from March 2010 to 2010. Prior to November 1996, he was a Manager in the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Allen also served as a director of Genesis Energy, L.P. from June 2006 to February 2010 and Encore Energy Partners GP LLC from August 2010 to December 2010. He is Certified Public Accountant.
